The Hualien district is located on the east coast of Taiwan. It is famous for cultivating Honey Black tea. Production takes place mainly during the summer months. Grasshoppers eat the small leaves, causing the tea leaves to wrinkle and regulate their growth. A reaction between the leaf sap and the grasshoppers' saliva creates a subtle honey note. This result not only gives the tea its unique flavor but also lends its name to the tea. Copper tips, an elongated and slightly curled leaf. An aroma reminiscent of Oolong unfolds in the bronze-colored cup. Malty accents, sparkling honey, and floral notes delight the palate.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Le district hualien se trouve sur la côte orientale de Taïwan. Celui-ci est célèbre pour la culture du Honey Black. La production se fait principalement pendant les mois d'été.
