The base of this organic jasmine tea is "Tua Chua-Lai Chau" (item 522819h) from the mountainous north of Vietnam. The production steps for the Vietnamese variety are similar to those of the classic Chinese version, but the jasmine flowers are a variety that differs visually and in taste from the Chinese. This floral fragrance clings to the slightly coarser leaves, with added spikes achieved through repeated "scenting." The taste is full-bodied, slightly acidic with a fruity and sweet jasmine note. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT La base de ce thé au jasmin bio est le « Tua Chua-Lai Chau » (article 522819h) du nord montagneux du Vietnam. Les étapes de production de la variante vietnamienne sont similaires à celles du classique chinois, mais dans les fleurs de jasminest une variété qui diffère visuellement et en goût de la Chine. Ce parfum floral adhère à la feuille un peu plus grossière avec des pointes ajoutées grâce au « Scenting » à plusieurs reprises. Le goût est corsé, légèrement acidulé avec une note fruitée et sucrée de jasmin. Ingrédients : thé vert , fleurs de jasmin . culture biologique contrôlée.
