Organic Bancha is characterized by its mild, sweet, grassy flavor. Organic Bancha is particularly distinguished by its yellowish hue in the cup. This tea has its own unique characteristics: it is harvested from the very first pressing after the first season. Bancha is generally considered an everyday tea and is available to connoisseurs as well as in higher quality levels like this one. This tea grows in the Kagoshima region at an altitude of 100 to 200 meters. Proper preparation of Organic Bancha is also essential.
