Organic Shizuoka Gabalong is characterized by its long shelf life and its pronounced yet smooth flavor. Organic Shizuoka Gabalong is particularly distinguished by its deep yellow cup color. This tea has its own unique characteristics: it is produced from the Yabukita cultivar. Unlike well-known Oolong teas, this Sencha retains its original infusion, enriched by a complex and harmonious acidity. This tea is grown in the Shizuoka region at an altitude of 100 to 200 meters. Proper preparation of Organic Shizuoka Gabalong is also essential. Our tip: use 14g of Organic Shizuoka Gabalong and let it dry at approximately 80 C for 1-2 minutes.
