We place great importance on preserving a high proportion of flavor and appearance in the final product, even after decaffeination. The leaves are anthracite in color, the taste is mild yet aromatic, and the cup has a lustrous copper hue. Proper preparation of our decaffeinated Ceylon OP black tea is also essential. Here is our recommendation: Use 4 5 tl 1 L of decaffeinated Ceylon OP black tea and let it steep for 3 5 minutes at approximately 100 C.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Depuis la célèbre île, située sur le golfe du Bengale, nous avons choisi cette qualité classique pour notre OP de Ceylan décaféiné. Nous attachons une grande importance à retrouver une grande proportion de goût et d'aspect dans le produit final, même après la décaféination. La feuille est de couleur anthracite, le goût doux et pourtant aromatique et la tasse brille de couleur cuivrée. Une préparation correcte du thé noir décaféiné de Ceylan OP est également essentielle.
