Japanese-made Sencha Fukuju green tea is distinguished by its mild, sweet, and pronounced flavor. The leaves can also be described as: a deeper green, flat, medium-irregular, with a fine, scalloped texture. Sencha Fukuju green tea shines in its cup: a light jade green with golden highlights. This tea also has its own unique characteristics: it is named after one of the Seven Lucky Gods of Japanese mythology. This Sencha is a pleasure to drink, easy to handle, and full of character. This tea is grown in the Deqing region of Zhejiang at an altitude of 50 to 200 meters. Proper preparation of Sencha Fukuju green tea is also essential. Here is our tip: use 10g of Sencha Fukuju green tea and brew it at approximately 70 C for 1 to 1.5 minutes. The result is a pleasantly mild and very aromatic cup with a golden-yellow color – truly distinctive.
