This blend was prepared according to an old Georgian recipe. It is strong and spicy and is also suitable as samovar tea. Preparation of "Russian Leaf Blend": 1 teaspoon of tea per cup. The optimal water temperature is 95 C: 10g to 15g of tea per 1 liter of water, steep for 2 to 3 minutes for a stimulating effect. Steeping for up to 5 minutes ensures a calming effect. Absolutely avoid prolonged steeping times.
