Another variation of "white tea," this time from Yunnan. These teas are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1,300 to 2,000 meters, at average temperatures of 12-23 C. The large, open, light green leaves, with their high proportion of silvery tips, unfold in the cup, their color reminiscent of a misty sunrise, a delicate, sweet, and simultaneously fruity bouquet. The infused leaves have a floral aroma. Proper preparation of this Chinese Yunnan White Leaf Tea is essential.
