Zhejiang Jiuqu Hongmei black tea is characterized by its sweet, long-lasting, and multi-layered flavor. The leaves can also be described as dark, black, slightly twisted, open, and medium-sized. Zhejiang Jiuqu Hongmei black tea is particularly distinguished by its cup: a clear, rich, orange-red color. This tea also has its own unique characteristics: a traditional tea produced in very limited quantities from the original Xi Hu Westlake Lung Ching bushes. This gives the tea its unique aroma and lasting sweetness. This tea grows in the Zhejiang region, Hangzhou, at an altitude of 100 to 300 meters. Proper preparation of Zhejiang Jiuqu Hongmei black tea is also essential. Here is our tip: use 12g of Zhejiang Jiuqu Hongmei black tea and brew it at approximately 100 C for 2 to 3 minutes. This rare black tea from Hangzhou uses the same leaf material as the original Lung Ching. The elongated, hand-twisted leaf is named after the nine well-known rivers of the region and the red color of the plum blossoms.
