A purple tea from the Kapkoros region, just the way we like it! The leaf itself reveals the extraordinary quality of this rarity with its slightly open, twisted structure and light golden tips. The slightly purple color of the leaves, which becomes even clearer in the infusion, is not a result of production, but rather of using the tea plant itself, whose anthocyanin content colors the leaves accordingly. The cup shimmers with a light lilac hue, and the tea offers complex fruity aromas of plums and red berries, perfectly rounded out with a slightly tart finish.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Un thé violet de la région de Kapkoros, à notre goût ! La feuille montre déjà l'extraordinaire bonté de cette rareté avec sa structure torsadée légèrement ouverte et ses pointes dorées claires. La couleur des feuilles légèrement pourpre, que l'on peut voir encore plus clairement dans l'infusion, ne résulte pas de la production, mais de l'utilisation de son propre théier, dont la teneur en anthocyanine colore les feuilles en conséquence. La tasse scintille ainsi dans une teinte lilas claire et le thé présente des arômes fruités complexes de prunes et de baies rouges, parfaitement arrondi avec une finale légèrement acidulée.
