The Moragalla Estate is located near the sea, which is why the seabed has a high salt content. The tea bushes absorb this salt, contributing significantly to the tea's unique quality. During harvesting, both mature and younger leaves are picked, either three or two leaves and a bud. The leafy structure should not be damaged, but only broken, allowing for natural oxidation during the fermentation process. The result is a long, open, black leaf that yields a bronze-colored cup with a light roasted note and hints of malt on a spicy base.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT L'Estate de Moragalla est proche de la mer, c'est pourquoi les fonds présentent une teneur élevée en sel que les buissons de thé absorbent et forment ainsi un élément important de la qualité particulière du thé. Lors de la récolte, des feuilles plus matures et plus jeunes sont récoltées par « trois ou deux leaves and a bud ». La nourriture feuilletée ne doit pas être endommagée, mais seulement cassée, ce qui entraîne une oxydation naturelle pendant le processus de fermentation. Le résultat est une longue feuille noire ouverte qui donne une tasse couleur bronze avec une légère note torréfiée et des notes de malte sur le fond d'un caractère épicé.
