Fresh leaves are sun-dried on towels and then rolled in cylindrical bamboo baskets to allow fermentation by gently breaking the leaves. Once the leaves have reached the desired level of fermentation, the tea is dried at a low temperature. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Pour un plaisir de thé particulier, car les feuilles sont travaillées de manière artisanale.
