Grown in the western part of Zhejiang province in China, this organic tea thrives under a mild, sunny climate at an altitude of 800 meters. Once the leaves are fully mature, they reveal a rich, deep green color with a very even distribution and a slightly curled texture. The infusion is smooth and subtly herbaceous, with cool, alpine nuances. It evokes the feeling that it might have originated in a Japanese tea factory. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Une brume de sol fréquente et une humidité élevée confèrent à ce thé son nom particulier. En Chine, dans les parties occidentales de Zhejiangs, ce thé biologique est cultivé pendant de nombreuses heures de soleil et de climat doux à une hauteur de 800 mètres. Une fois que la feuille est « terminée », il est donc possible de la regarder de plus près. La feuille se caractérise par un vert riche et très foncé qui répartit très uniformément et légèrement bouclés. L'infusion est douce et légèrement herbacée.
