Rare teas are something very special and deserve to be handled with care. These principles also apply to the production of Palace Needle and Ocean tea. In mid-April, the tea leaves are harvested. Only the finest tips and shoots are used for this product. They are then pressed, dried, and before the final BIO Palace Needle is complete, it undergoes further selection. A unique characteristic of this tea's preparation is the use of varying temperatures. For example, during the subsequent drying process, more moderate temperatures are chosen than during the initial steaming. This preserves the beautiful colors and the particularly delicate and pleasant aroma of the tea.
