Origin and Plantation: Where coffee has its wild origins—in the southwestern part of Ethiopia—lies the Kafa region, which gave its name to coffee. The coffee grows at altitudes of 1400 to 2100 meters above sea level, largely wild deep within the province and almost untouched by human influence. This forest coffee is primarily processed naturally, meaning it is sown whole and then sun-dried. Ethiopian coffee has a rich and powerful aroma, complemented by a medium hardness and a heavy, chocolatey body. Unlike its Sidamo counterpart, this coffee has a light flavor, a rounded taste, and a pleasant fruitiness.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Origine et PlantageWoù le café a son origine sauvage - dans la partie sud-ouest d'Aeitthiopie - se trouve la région de Kafa qui a donné son nom au café. Le café à hauteur de 1400 à 2100 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, en grande partie sauvage dans les profondeurs de la province et presque sans influence humaine. Ce café des forêts est principalement préparé naturellement, c'est-à-dire semé dans son ensemble, puis séché au soleil. Le café thiopique possède un arôme riche et puissant, complété par une dureté moyenne et une épaisseur lourde de au chocolat. Contrairement à son frère de Sidamo, ce café a une saveur légère, un goût arrondi et un agréable fruit.
