Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free and nut-free, but some places market buckwheat as a wheat because it is grown on a farm with wheat varieties so it is contaminated. Technically buckwheat seeds are fruit seeds more closely related to rhubarb! We only process our seeds in gluten-free and nut-free facilities so you know it’s pure and safe!
