Iron is one of the essential minerals in our bodies. If we do not have enough iron, our body cannot produce hemoglobin, which can cause us to create anemia. The most prevalent symptom of anemia caused by iron deficiency is extreme fatigue. Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, headache, brittle nails or vertical ridges on the nails, dry, damaged hair, and dizziness. Different age groups, pregnant women, athletes, individuals with dietary restrictions, and/or those with limited access to healthy foods are vulnerable to low iron levels with possible adverse consequences.

Chelated iron is a supplemental form of iron, and it indicates that metallic ions are bonded to non-metallic ions to form a new molecule. In theory, this process was designed to enable the iron to go through the digestive process without being broken down. Instead, the chelated iron gets carried into the cells – along with amino acid that it is bound to – for more efficient absorption.

RECOMMENDED USE

Shake well. We recommend adding the serving size to juice or smoothies on an empty stomach 2 hours before or after a meal. Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Use within 45 days after opening.
