How to use:

1- Apply the sponge to the inside of the front thumb, after placing it between the plastic and the finger.

2- Place the big toe in accordance with the R (RIGHT) and L (LEFT) writings on the plastic parts to determine which foot it will be worn on.

3- Stretch the strap part by stretching it using Velcro and stick it tightly to the other part.

4- The point to be taken into consideration when tightening the strap is to make sure that the thumb is not stretched as a result of the pressure and align the finger so that it is stretched and attach the velcro.

5- It will put a little pressure on the upper part during the first use. There are two reasons for this. 1. Do not use the walking function while using this device. It is designed only for use while sleeping at night. Secondly, such discomfort occurs in the beginning, this will continue until the foot gets used to it. Once you get used to it, you will not feel this pain. This pain is many times less than the pain you experience while walking all day long.
