This Lobster Spread is made of the finest wild lobsters from the cold waters of Nova Scotia to create this delicious and versatile product. Our Lobster Spread is a combination of lobster and cream cheese providing a light, fluffy, and easy-to-serve spread. All of our spreads are blended with cream cheese and spices before they are heat-processed to a temperature of 246 degrees F. Once the spread is mixed at our plant, it is placed in a can, sealing in the flavor with a peel-back lid for ease of serving. The product is shelf stable until opened. After opening you can keep it in the refrigerator to enjoy over the next couple of days. Our process allows for a very delicate product that can be spread onto the most dainty of crackers or breads. Quick and easy preparation means simply opening the package and placing the spread on a serving platter.
