Our olives derive their flavor from the soil and climate of Kilis.
No pesticides are used in our Lohan Olive Gardens.
In Kilis, pests such as olive flies and olive moths, which damage olive trees, are below the economic damage threshold, so pesticides are not used to control them.
Our Lohan Table Green Olives are harvested in October, ripe green olives not touching the ground. Healthy and large olives are selected, and the olives are cracked by hand, one by one, using a stone crusher. The green olives are then stored in barrels with only drinking water added.
Green olives naturally preserve themselves for 1 year by releasing bitter juice into the water.
Our Green Olives are not chemically processed and do not contain any additives.

Green Olive Flavoring
The number of green olives you will consume weekly is determined, placed in a separate covered container, and filled with drinking water until it covers the olives.
The water is changed twice a day, and this process is repeated for 4-5 days.
Add the sweetened green olives,drinking water (UNSALTED),
Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
Place the amount of olives you will eat for breakfast in a bowl and drain.
Served with Lohan Early Harvest Olive Oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon, and red pepper flakes, if desired, on green olives.
