How to get rid of nervousness when kicking off?

In any case, every shot in golf is important, or difficult, not only technically, but more importantly, psychologically. If it is in a certain competition, or if there is a small bet between peers, the psychological pressure may be even greater. And the hit on the tee for each hole is even more important. The quality of this hit will enhance or make you lose your confidence. 1. Aim at the practice net (imaginary)

When you're nervous, imagine yourself on the practice field and try to hit 20 yards shorter than usual. 3. Hold the ball up

On the tee, it's the only place where we can decide our own tee, so we have to create a good tee for ourselves. In addition to the driver, there are many times when it is more advantageous to tee off with an iron, especially on par 3s, or short par 4s. Long irons
