• Q1. Is it 100% Human Hair?

A: Testing by BURNING- Human hair will show white smoke while burning and will turn to ash; Synthetic hair will show black smoke and will be a sticky ball after burning.

• Q2. What’s the hair color?

A: This is 1B Jet Black Color. All Items are for Real Shooting. For display, light, environmental reasons may be a slight deviation phenomenon

• Q3. Hairstyle Difference?

A: The wigs on the image has been styling slightly before we take photo, so did the hair on the model, and your wig comes with a basic style, which can be cut and shaped by yourself or a professional hair stylist to customize the look base on your need.

• Q4. Tangle And Shedding A Little?

A: Any wig will tangle more than your real hair because your scalp produces natural oils that keep your own hair from drying out, that’s why wigs are happened to minimum shedding and tangling, especially the curly wigs, which is normal. Some water and hair conditioner and curly hair care products can be much helpful.

• Q5. How to Care & Wash this unit?

1. Please wash the hair with Mild shampoo only and always use conditioner or oil to maintain your hair
2. Detangle hair gently with your fingers before washing. Please don’t rub or twist the hair.
3. Avoid over-using of hot curlers and flat-irons,which will shorten the using-time
