How to use it: First dissolve a mouthwash tablet in water and use it as usual. Rinse the liquid in the mouth for one minute before spitting it out. Then position the lumoral light in your mouth to activate its anti-plaque effects and leave it on for 10 minutes. Brush your teeth. Repeat daily or at least 2 times a week.
