Our wildflower honey is made up of nectar from the following trees and plants in the main; Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Horse Chestnut, Bramble, Clover, Himalayan Balsam, Rosebay Willow herbs, Dandelion, Cherry, various apple and plum trees, Lime tree, Sycamore, Willow, Snow drops, Bluebells and Ivy...as well as a small amount of flowers and vegetables that are grown in people’s gardens.
