How to Make Espresso Without a Machine?
1.The strainer spoon found in espresso coffee machines makes it extremely practical to prepare typical Italian coffees such as Caffè crema and Espresso.
To capture the coffee's flavor, it's important to set the pressure in the coffee machine to 9 bar. Coffee brewed under pressure gives Espresso and Caffè creme its characteristic creamy flavor.
2.Heat 1 cup of water.
3.Take approximately 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for espresso.
4.Place the ground coffee into the AeroPress.
5.Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee.
6.Tighten the AeroPress mechanism.

How to make espresso with an espresso machine?
As with all coffee equipment, make sure your equipment is clean before use.
Espresso consists of 92 water, so using the right water is one of the most important tips for a good cup of coffee. According to SCAA guidelines, water with a pH level close to 7 should be preferred, and water with high mineral content (such as lime) should be avoided.
Make sure your machine has been on for at least 20 minutes and is hot enough to generate the necessary pressure (the pressure reading on the machine should be between 1 and 1.5). The coffee spoon with a strainer should always be inserted into the machine and hot. If you haven't made coffee in a while and the spoon isn't, insert the coffee spoon without coffee and run boiling water over it to warm it up.
A single-shot espresso is made with 7-8 grams of ground coffee. For drinks with a more intense flavor and caffeine content, you can use the DoubleShot option by doubling the amount of ground coffee.
Place the ground coffee in the coffee spoon with a strainer, as indicated above, and apply a force of 15-16 kg using a coffee tamper. Tamping is an important factor in making good coffee.
Run the machine without the spoon for 2-3 seconds, then flash it. This is crucial for the coffee's temperature. Replace the spoon. Continue monitoring after the espresso water begins to flow. Count for 23-27 seconds, or stop the flow when it begins to lighten. The coffee should flow thinly and in a single, mouse-tail-like pattern. If it doesn't, the coffee may be ground coarsely or finely. If a proper tampering is not performed, the coffee may flow quickly or not at all.
