INSTRUCTIONS 1) Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Place the chicken in the special oven bag and add the seasoning mix. If the chicken is frozen, defrost it before use. 2) Close the bag with the provided drawstring between the folds, leaving a 4-5 cm (1.5-2 inch) opening from the end. Gently shake the bag to distribute the seasoning evenly. Place the bag in a roasting pan so that it can expand during cooking without touching the sides. 3) Cook for 60 minutes at 180 C (350 F), using conventional or fan-assisted cooking methods. Once cooked, remove the bag from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Cut the end with the drawstring with scissors and then gently transfer the chicken to a serving dish. No need to add salt.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT MODE D'EMPLOI 1) Préchauffer le four à 180 C. Insérez le poulet dans le sac de four spécial et ajoutez le mélange. Si la viande est congelée, décongelez-la avant utilisation. 2) Fermez le sac avec le cordon fourni entre les plis du sac, sans trop serrer, à 4-5 cm de l'extrémité. Agitez-le doucement pour répartir uniformément l'assaisonnement. Mettez le sac dans un plat à four afin que lors de la cuisson, il puisse gonfler sans toucher les murs. 3) Cuisinez 60 minutes à 180 C, en mode statique ou ventilé en utilisant la cuisson traditionnelle. À la fin de la cuisson, après avoir sorti le sac du four, laissez-le reposer pendant quelques minutes. Coupez avec des ciseaux l'extrémité avec le lacet puis versez doucement dans un plat de service. Pas besoin d'ajouter du sel.
