To obtain type 1 collagen, veal bones with organic marrow are cooked over low heat for 36 hours and then strained to obtain organic marrow bone broth. Onions are sautéed in olive oil, peeled beets, purple carrots, and purple potatoes are added, and boiled in a small amount of water. The marrow bone broth is added, thickened, salt is added, and the soup is strained to obtain a smooth soup.

Recommended Use:
Shake before opening the lid. Heat in a pot over medium heat, stirring, for 3 minutes. You can also heat by steeping in boiling water for 6-7 minutes without opening the lid.
Service Recommendation:
You can add salt and or pepper to your taste.
