1- Ezogelin Soup with Einkorn Bulgur
Ingredients: red lentils, einkorn bulgur, yellow lentils, dried carrots, dried onions, mint
Recipe: Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner), 2 tablespoons of soup mixture, and 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can also use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

2- Grain Spinach Soup
Ingredients: oat flour, whole wheat flour, orzo, bulgur, dried carrots, dried spinach, dried onion
Recipe: Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté over low heat for 1 minute. Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

3- Vegetable Beetroot Soup
Ingredients: oat flour, whole wheat flour, bulgur, dried beets, dried carrots, dried leeks, dried onions, dried parsley
Recipe: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté over low heat for 30 seconds. Add 2.5 cups of water. We stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you wish, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

Ingredients: oat flour, einkorn flour, dinkel flour, dried carrots, tomato powder, dried onions, dried capia peppers, dried parsley
