1-Baby Biscuit
Ingredients: flour mixture (whole wheat flour, oat flour, rice flour), butter, organic apple juice concentrate, semolina, olive oil.
Our sugar-free baby biscuits, sweetened with organic apple juice, are freshly produced upon your order. The product should be consumed within 21 days of receiving the package.
You can powder the baby biscuits and add them to your solid and liquid mixtures.

2- Carob Pudding
Ingredients: rice flour, semolina, whole wheat, carob powder.
Recipe: Add 1 cup of water (you can use milk for babies over 1 year old) to 1.5 tablespoons of pudding mixture and cook, stirring, over low heat until it boils. Remove from heat 40 seconds after it begins to boil. You can sweeten our sugar-free pudding mixture with molasses, date pulp, fruit juice, or fruit puree. If you're sweetening it with fruit juice, you can make the pudding thicker if you're adding formula, you can make it more liquid.

3-Vegetable Beetroot Soup
Ingredients: oat flour, whole wheat flour, bulgur, dried beets, dried carrots, dried leeks, dried onions, dried parsley
Recipe: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 30 seconds over low heat. Add 2.5 cups of water. Stir over medium heat until boiling. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5-6 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

4- Vegetable Soup with Dinkel Flour
Ingredients: oat flour, einkorn flour, dinkel flour, dried carrots, tomato powder, dried onions, dried capia peppers, dried parsley
Recipe: Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 30-40 seconds over low heat. Add 2 cups of water (2 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

5-Grain Mixed Soup
Ingredients: red lentils, yellow lentils, green lentils, fine bulgur, dried carrots, dried onions, mint
Recipe: Add 2.5 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of soup mixture, and 1 tablespoon of oil to a pot. Stir over medium heat until boiling. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you wish, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

6-Einkorn Flour Carrot Pancakes
Ingredients: Einkorn flour, oat flour, wheat flour, wheat germ, carrot powder, baking powder
Recipe: Break 1 egg into 5 tablespoons of batter (50 grams). Add 50-60 ml of water. Whisk until smooth. Cook in a preheated and oiled pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides. If your baby has an egg allergy, you can use banana or fruit puree instead of eggs. Our pancake batter is sugar-free. You can sweeten it with apple juice before cooking or with molasses or date extract after cooking. One serving makes 6-7 pancakes.
