1- Semolina Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, oat flour, semolina, dried broccoli, dried carrots, dried spinach, dried onion
Recipe: Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 30-40 seconds over low heat. Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. You can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

Ingredients: oat flour, whole wheat flour, orzo, bulgur, dried carrots, dried spinach, dried onion

3-Vegetable Lentil Soup
Ingredients: red lentils, yellow lentils, dried broccoli, dried carrots, and dried onions.
Recipe: Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner), 2 tablespoons of soup mixture, and 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 15-17 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.
