1-Semolina Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, oat flour, semolina, dried broccoli, dried carrots, dried spinach, dried onion
Recipe: Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 30-40 seconds over low heat. Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. You can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

2-Grain Spinach Soup
Ingredients: oat flour, whole wheat flour, orzo, bulgur, dried carrots, dried spinach, dried onion
Recipe: Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil to a pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 1 minute over low heat. Add 2 cups of water (2.5 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

You can powder baby biscuits and add them to your solid and liquid mixtures.

Ingredients: oat flour, einkorn flour, dinkel flour, dried carrots, tomato powder, dried onions, dried capia peppers, dried parsley
Recipe: Pour 1.5 tablespoons of oil into a pot. Add 2 tablespoons of soup mixture. Sauté for 30-40 seconds over low heat. Add 2 cups of water (2 cups if you prefer it thinner). Stir over medium heat until it boils. Once the soup boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. If you prefer, you can use a blender to smooth the soup after cooking.

5-Plain Pudding
Ingredients: rice flour, semolina, oats, whole wheat flour
Recipe: Add 1 cup of water (you can use milk for children over 1 year old) to 1.5 tablespoons of pudding mixture and cook, stirring, over low heat until it boils. Remove from heat 40 seconds after it begins to boil. You can sweeten our sugar-free pudding mixture with molasses, date pulp, fruit juice, or fruit puree. If you're sweetening it with fruit juice, you can make the pudding thicker, or if you're adding formula, you can make it more liquid.

6- Einkorn Flour Carrot Pancakes
Ingredients: Einkorn flour, oat flour, wheat flour, wheat germ, carrot powder, baking powder
Recipe: Break 1 egg into 5 tablespoons of batter (50 grams). Add 50-60 ml of water. Whisk until smooth and thick. Cook in a preheated and oiled pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides. If your baby has an egg allergy, you can use banana or fruit puree instead of eggs. Our pancake batter does not contain sugar. You can sweeten it with apple juice before cooking or with products like molasses or date extract after cooking. One portion can make 6-7 pancakes.
