Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, up to three times per day.

Recommended: If used three days in a row, we recommend a rest on day four before continuing day five, if needed.

In the event nasal tissues are inflamed or damaged this product may sting briefly. The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection.

Keep out of reach of children. Clean nozzle after each use. In regions known for mold issues it is best to refrigerate after each use.
