Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril up to three times per day.

Storage: Store at room temperature. 

You may experience mild stinging or burning, the effect of the honey and the saline. If this continues beyond 4-5 days please discontinue use and seek professional medical help. Do not use if you are allergic to bees or bee products. The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection. Clean nozzle after each use.
