Gunpowder has a rich flavor bouquet and a long aftertaste. Gunpowder is slightly astringent and has a sweet, herbal aftertaste. Gunpowder is brewed at a rate of 5-7 grams per 150 ml of water at 85-90 degrees Celsius. The steeping method is used, where the tea is steeped for literally 10-20 seconds. The tea is infused for 5-6 cycles. Gunpowder is produced in the Zhengjiang province of China. The tea leaves undergo minimal mechanical and thermal processing, preserving all their beneficial components. After harvesting, the leaves are sun-dried for several hours, briefly heated to expel moisture and stop the fermentation process, and then hand-rolled into balls.

Заваривают Ганпаудер из расчета 5-7 граммов на 150 мл воды температуры 85-90 градусов. Используют метод пролива, когда чай настаивается буквально 10-20 секунд. Чай выдерживает 5-6 циклов. Ганпаудер производят в китайской провинции Чжэнцзян. Листья чая получают минимальную механическую и термическую обработку и сохраняют все полезные компоненты. После сбора лист подсушивают на солнце в течение нескольких часов, кратко нагревают для изгнания влаги и остановки процесса ферментации и затем вручную скручивают в шарики.
