For brewing, use 8-9 grams of tea per 150 ml of water at 95-100 degrees Celsius. Drain the first infusion, then steep subsequent infusions for 30-40 seconds. It is important not to over-infuse the tea, otherwise the infusion will become too concentrated. Tea can withstand 6-7 cycles.
