Günese karsi koruyucu ürünler kullaniyor olsaniz bile (özellikle saat 10.00-16.00 arasi) uzun süre günese maruz kalmaktan kaçininiz. Günes isinlarina uzun süre maruz kalmak ciddi saglik sorunlarina yol açabilir. Koruyucu kiyafetler giyiniz.
