Persimmon is a fruit obtained from trees in the Diospyros species. It is commonly known as the Trabzon persimmon in Turkey. Our product is harvested from the fertile soil of the Sakarya region. No pesticides were used during cultivation. It is available on the market until the beginning of winter. It is yellow when raw and hard, and softens and turns orange as it ripens. Persimmons are a source of antioxidants such as vitamin A, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, and cryptoxanthin, as well as vitamin C, thiamine, vitamin B, riboflavin, and protein. Persimmons are known to have many benefits.

Our fruit undergoes a natural peeling and mold-proofing process before being dried in special drying ovens to preserve the fruit's properties.
