Heat it up for up to 50 seconds (the max power of the microwave: 1000W). Do not exceed the heating times. Always check the temperature before use. Apply the soft side of the mask to closed eyes for 5-10min. Add some gentle massage if needed. COLD TREATMENT - place your mask in a sealed, plastic bag and freeze before use for at least 2h.
