Pekoe orange tea, whole leaf, brown with a light fuzz and some reddish leaves. Grown high in the mountains between 1800 and 2700 meters, on the central peak of Sri Lanka, this is a very low-oxidation tea, with a clear, bright golden color in the cup and very delicate malty aromas. It is mild, with a short finish, and does not tolerate additions it should be drunk neat to avoid altering its very delicate flavors. 500-gram lot in a laminated bag to preserve the aroma. Cultivé en haute montagne entre 1800 et 2700 mètres, sur le pic central du Sri Lanka, c'est un thé au très faible degré d'oxydation, de couleur en tasse doré, clair et brillant et des parfums maltés très délicats. Il est doux, avec une faible persistance au palais et ne tolère pas d'ajouts, il faut boire en pureté pour ne pas altérer les saveurs très délicates.
