Q1. How to connect with the V19 Fitness Tracker?
Step 1: Download the "MorePro" APP directly from APP Store/Google Play
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
Step 3: Launch "MorePro" app on your mobile phone and register an account.
Step 4: Follow the in-app instructions to set-up your profile.
Step 5: Tap Device > Add new device > Tap V19 to connect.
**Make sure the distance between your smartphone and the watch does not exceed 0.5 meters when pairing.
Q2. Why is my fitness tracker always disconnected from the app?
There are several reasons:
1. Phone Bluetooth is off or exceeds the Bluetooth connection range (the maximum Bluetooth connection range is 10 meters and can easily be reduced by walls, furniture, etc.)
2. The app is closed on the phone. (This can occur automatically under certain circumstances.)
To reconnect the activity tracker to your phone, please kindly take the following steps:
1. Clear the Bluetooth data of your phone. (Bluettoth Setting?Forget this Device)
2. Restart the app. Then the watch will reconnect to your phone automatically.
3. Set the "MorePro" app to "Allow background activity" in your phone setting
Q3. How to receive texts or call notifications on the V19 fitness tracker watch?
1. Go to your phone Settings, find the "MorePro" app, enable the Location and all Notifications.
2. Enable your phone's Bluetooth and go to our app to pair the watch.
3. Open the app. Go to the "Setting" page ?Message Notifications ? turn on "Phone," "SMS," "APP" Alerts.
