Die Naturfaser der Angorakaninchen ist die einzige natürliche Hohlfaser und eines der leichtesten und feinsten Tierhaare. Die Hohlkammern im Faserinneren sorgen für eine sehr gute Wärmeisolation. Zusammen mit anderen Fasern wird sie zu einem Garn verarbeitet. Somit bestehen unsere Socken aus 40% Angora, 36% Microacryl, 20% Schurwolle und 4% Elasthan (Lycra). Die Angorawolle wird durch schonende Schur drei bis vier Mal pro Jahr gewonnen. Der Rohstoffmix mit Schurwolle sorgt für Fusselfestigkeit. Die schuppenartige Außen Struktur und die natürliche Kräuselung der Schurwolle bindet die glatten Angora Haare und verhindert das ""Herauswandern"". Wir betreiben eine Bioland zertifizierte Angorakaninchen Zucht und unsere Produkte werden in Deutschland hergestellt.
