How do you gua sha?
-Start in middle of face roll outwards across cheeks
-Move up to eyebrows roll upwards across the forehead
-Move below lower lip roll downward across the chin

How often should you gua sha?
We recommend gua sha twice a day, once in the morning once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use it as many times as you want. Can be used with oils serums for added absorption into the skin.
How do you clean a gua sha tool?
