Muck X Pro sludge reduction pellets are a blend of beneficial bacteria and enzymes. This probiotic treatment is formulated to remove organic sludge that is found in lakes and ponds. Sludge is the accumulation of organic waste from leaves, dead vegetation, fish and animal waste, etc. MuckX Pro pellets can be used to treat the entire pond/lake or to target shoreline areas, swimming areas, or around docks. In addition to breaking down muck, this will reduce pond odors as well. How does MuckX Pro work? Pellets sink to the bottom of the pond. As pellets dissolve, they release bacteria and enzymes. MuckX consumes muck/sludge. Repeated application is necessary to replenish active bacteria that target years of waste build-up. Notice inches of muck reduced after one season of treatments.
