  • The apples we grow in our own orchards are carefully picked, sorted, cleaned, subjected to a natural fermentation process, aged for at least 1 year, and then packaged.

  • Our Story: We meticulously hand-pick the fruits we meticulously cultivate in our family-owned orchards in the Öveçli village of the Kirkagaç district of Manisa. We then age these vinegars for at least a year through natural fermentation in our facility, producing them in drinkable form. After opening the vinegar, the color may change due to the exposure to air. Additionally, the vinegar may contain natural sediment and or a clear gel-like layer called the "mother." These are not signs of spoilage they are an indication that the vinegar has not undergone microfiltration or pasteurization, meaning it is still alive.
  • Our story: In our family's gardens in the Öveçli village of the Kirkagaç district of Manisa, we collect the fruits, which we take care of, by hand, one by one, on time. Afterwards, we produce these vinegars, which are in drinkable form, by resting for at least one year with natural fermentation in our facility. After the lid of our vinegar is opened, there may be a color change because the vinegar gets air. There may also be a natural residue and or a transparent gel-Like layer called "mom" in the vinegar. These are not signs of deterioration, but are an indication that the vinegar has not undergone processes such as micro-Filtration and pasteurization, that is, it is alive.
