PREPARATION:
Ingredients to add:
4 eggs
At least 2 3 tea cups olive oil
1 tea cup milk plant-based milk or water
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
-In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs at room temperature, 2 3 tea cups olive oil, 1 tea cup milk or water, and 1 teaspoon vinegar with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
-Add the entire package of Naturiga Cocoa Cake mix to the whipped mixture and continue beating for another 1-2 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. You will obtain a homogeneous dough that is not overly fluid.
-Pour the dough mixture into a greased cake pan or muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for approximately 25-30 minutes. Baking time may vary by 1-2 minutes depending on the power of your oven. You can check the cake's baking quality using a toothpick.
-After it has cooled, you can remove it from the mold, slice it, and serve.
-For vegan cocoa cake, you can use an egg replacer aquafaba equivalent to 4 eggs.
Note: You can create completely different recipes by adding fruit slices, nuts, chocolate chips, and cocoa nibs into or on top of the cake mixture.
