Houseroot: Houseroot (Ononis spinosa) is native to Southeast and Eastern Europe, but it is now widespread not only in Europe, but also in North Africa and Asia. The plant, known as houseleaf, is known for its purported properties. The active-ingredient-rich parts of the plant are harvested, dried, and ground in the autumn. The dark, fibrous, almost woody roots are used to prepare a sweet, herbal tea. To prepare tea from houseroot, use 2 to 4 g (approximately 2 teaspoons) of ground root. Infuse it in 150 ml of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 30 minutes, then strain it with an infuser. The tea can be brewed three times a day. The daily dose of 6 to 12 g should not be exceeded. La plante présente sous son nom d'herbe urinaire les propriétés qui lui sont attribuées. Les parties riches en substances actives des plantes sont récoltées, séchées et broyées en automne. Les racines foncées, fibreuses, presque boisées servent à la préparation d'un thé sucré et herbe. Pour la préparation d'un thé à partir de la racine de Hauhechel, il faut 2 à 4 g (environ 2 cuillères à café) de la racine broyée. Elle est infusée avec 150 ml d'eau bouillante. Le thé doit ensuite couvrir 30 minutes. Ensuite, il peut être retiré par un infuseur. Le thé peut être infusé trois fois par jour. La dose journalière de 6 à 12 g ne doit pas être dépassée.
