The taste and appearance are completely different from other types of tea. Matcha resembles electric green cocoa powder, behaves like a well-made espresso, and tastes like fresh green shoots prepared by a three-star chef: a blend of microgreens, pure chlorophyll, young bamboo, and raw sugar, served in a small, traditional bowl. Matcha is made from high-quality green tea leaves. For an intense green color, the tea plants are specially shaded. After harvesting, the green tea leaves are carefully dried and used in the tea ceremony. INSTRUCTIONS Pour 0.5-1 teaspoon of powder into 120-175 ml of hot, but not boiling, water (approximately 75 C). Stir briskly until a foam dissolves and forms (use a bamboo whisk for this).

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Le goût et l'apparence sont totalement différents des autres types de thés. Le matcha ressemble à du cacao en poudre d'une couleur verte électrique, se comporte comme un espresso bien préparé, et le goût est tel de jeunes pousses de légumes verts qui seraient cuisinées par un chef trois étoiles : un mélange de micro-pousses vertes, chlorophylle pure, jeune bambou et sucre brut, servi dans un petit bol traditionnel. Le matcha est fabriqué à partir de feuilles de thé vert de haute qualité. Pour une couleur verte intense, les théiers sont spécialement ombragés. Après la récolte, les feuilles de thé vert sont soigneusement séchées et utilisées pour la cérémonie du thé. MODE D'EMPLOI Verser 0,5-1 cuillère à café de poudre dans 120-175 ml d'eau chaude mais non bouillante (environ 75 C). Remuer avec des mouvements rapides jusqu'à ce que la mousse se dissolve et apparaisse (pour cela, utiliser un fouet en bambou).
