INGREDIENTS Pork Shank, Salt, Natural Flavourings. DIRECTIONS Put the sealed pack into boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes. Cut out a corner of the pack and pour out excess liquid. Remove from pack and serve hot. If you prefer you can cook the pork shank in the oven. First remove the sealed pack, then place the product in a baking tray with some white wine or butter. Cook in the oven (200°C for about 30 minutes). Do not add salt. See more
