Indonesia Organic by Nespresso, a Fairtrade and certified organic Arabica. Indonesia Organic's wet-hulled Arabica coffee is a race against the rain. Faced with an extremely humid climate, Indonesian farmers hull their coffee while it's still wet to facilitate production. Once the outer pulp of the fruit is removed, the Sumatran coffee beans ferment overnight, then are hand-washed and sun-dried for a day. Next, the parchment is removed so the beans dry more quickly thanks to the heat and intense sunlight. This coffee cultivation method is unique to local production. The result is the characteristic taste of Indonesian coffee with a velvety texture and aromas of dried tobacco. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Indonesia Organic par Nespresso, un Arabica labellisé Fairtrade et certifié biologique. Le café Arabica à déparchage humide d'Indonesia Organic est une course contre la pluie. Face à un climat extrêmement humide, les cultivateurs indonésiens décortiquent leur café encore humide pour faciliter la production. Une fois la pulpe externe du fruit retirée, les grains de café de Sumatra fermentent pendant une nuit, puis sont lavés à la main et séchés au soleil pendant une journée. Ensuite, ils retirent la parche pour que les grains sèchent plus rapidement grâce à la chaleur et aux intenses éclaircies. Cette culture du café est unique à la production locale. Il en résulte le goût caractéristique d'un café indonésien à l'épaisseur veloutée et aux arômes de tabac séché.
