DETAILSA very intense coffee, Kazaar has a creamy texture and woody, spicy notes. The multicultural city of Palermo, with its long and intense roasting technique, inspired the creation of Kazaar, which is primarily Robusta.

To bring out the distinct characteristics of each coffee in the Kazaar blend, we roast each coffee individually. Most Arabica and Robusta are intensely roasted to enhance their bitterness and body. We gave the untreated Robusta a shorter, lighter roast to bring out some of the more subtle aromatic notes. Kazaar's roasting style reflects the Arab and African influences found in the dark, intense coffees of southern Italy.

Kazaar's bold intensity comes from two untreated Robusta beans. Each coffee is roasted individually to bring out its distinctive characteristics. Robustas provide a strong body and bold bitter notes, while a touch of Arabica adds a slight sweetness to this coffee.
